A simple guide to using and caring for your Just Knack silver caps.

How to use
1. Start with clean hands
Wash and dry your hands before handling the caps.
2. Add a little breastmilk, if preferred
Express a few drops into each cap.
3. Position inside your bra
Place each cap directly over the nipple and areola between feeds.
4. Remove before feeding or pumping
The caps are not intended to be worn while breastfeeding or pumping.
5. Rinse after use
Rinse thoroughly after each use.
6. Dry completely
Allow the caps to dry thoroughly before storing them.
7. Store in the supplied case
Keep them clean, dry and protected between uses.

Cleaning
Rinse after use and dry thoroughly.
Avoid abrasive cleaning products/soap or tools that could scratch or damage the silver surface.
Do not continue using the caps if the surface becomes rough, damaged, cracked, delaminated or if the copper core becomes exposed.

Material
The caps are made from a silver–copper–silver trilaminate composite.
The outer surfaces are silver, with a copper core laminated between them for structure.
They are not made from solid pure silver.
