Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your Just Knack purchase. If something isn’t right, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help.

Change-of-mind returns
If you wish to return an unused product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, worn, used or removed from their protective packaging cannot be accepted for a change-of-mind return where the nature or condition of the product makes it unsuitable for resale.
Products eligible for return must be unused, undamaged and, where applicable, in their original sealed packaging.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are for the customer’s account, unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible, preferably with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Where a product does not meet the quality standards required under applicable South African consumer law, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns of products that have been used or opened where hygiene and health considerations mean they cannot reasonably be resold.
This does not affect your rights where a product is defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or where you otherwise have a right of return under applicable South African law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, our normal returns process will apply.
