Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within South Africa.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free within South Africa when using PAXI parcel delivery OR The Courier Guy Locker delivery - otherwise stated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed and delivered according to the timeframes set out in our Shipping Policy.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You’ll receive tracking information by email or SMS where available.

Returns & refunds

Can I return my order?
Unused products may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of products that have been opened, worn or used where they are no longer suitable for resale.
This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied.

 

About the silver caps

What are the caps made from?
The caps are made from a silver–copper–silver trilaminate composite. They have silver outer surfaces with a copper core laminated between them. They are not made from solid pure silver.

How do I wear them?
Place each cap directly over the nipple and areola inside your bra between feeds.

Do I wear them while breastfeeding or pumping?
No. Remove the caps before breastfeeding or pumping.

Can I add breastmilk inside the caps?
You may express a few drops of breastmilk into each cap before wearing them, if preferred.

Do I need anything else with them?
No additional product is required for normal use unless advised by your healthcare professional.

Are they reusable?
Yes. Rinse after use, dry thoroughly and store them in the supplied case.

When should I stop using them?
Stop using them if they become rough, damaged, cracked, delaminated, or if the copper core becomes exposed.

What if I develop irritation or pain?
Discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs. Persistent nipple pain, cracks, bleeding, redness, fever or suspected mastitis should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional or lactation consultant.
